We’re Jordan and Ashley Pierce, a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for building and renovating homes in the Texas Hill Country that truly reflect the people who live in them. With over a decade of experience in the home-building industry, we bring together hands-on craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a deep commitment to our clients.
At Pierce Custom Homes, we believe building or remodeling a home should be a collaborative and personal experience. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, we work closely with our clients — listening carefully, guiding decisions, and managing each step of the process with clarity and care. Clear communication, attention to detail, and integrity guide everything we do. Our faith plays an important role in how we live and work. It shapes our values, our work ethic, and the way we treat our clients, partners, and team. As parents, we are deeply motivated by our desire to provide for and set an example for our children — one rooted in honesty, responsibility, and hard work.
Our mission is simple: to build custom homes and renovations in the Texas Hill Country with integrity, care, and lasting quality — creating spaces where families can grow, gather, and feel truly at home.

Jordan Pierce
Owner, Project Manager
Jordan Pierce has been working in construction for over 18 years, bringing extensive experience in custom homes, residential and commercial projects, and home renovations. His diverse background allows him to approach every build with unmatched expertise and meticulous attention to detail.

In 2016, Jordan married Ashley Pierce after they worked together as builders for a national home builder. With over a decade of experience building and remodeling homes as a team, they share a passion for crafting high-quality, personalized custom homes.

Their family grew in 2020 with the arrival of their son, Ethan, followed by their daughter, Addison, in 2021. At Pierce Custom Homes, family and faith are at the heart of everything we do, inspiring our dedication to honesty, integrity, and excellence in every Texas Hill Country home build and renovation.

Owner, Operations and Marketing
Ashley Pierce brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every project at Pierce Custom Homes. With over a decade of experience in the home-building and remodeling industry, she plays a key role in guiding clients through the design, planning, and decision-making process that turns ideas into beautifully finished spaces.
Having worked alongside Jordan as a builder for a national home builder, Ashley developed a strong understanding of construction standards, selections, and project coordination. She is passionate about creating homes that are not only well-built, but also functional, comfortable, and reflective of each client’s lifestyle.
As a wife, mother, and business partner, Ashley’s faith and family values influence every aspect of her work. Her commitment to clear communication, organization, and care for clients helps ensure each custom home or renovation experience is positive, personal, and rewarding from start to finish.
