2. CONSULTATION
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll schedule a consultation—either in person or virtually—to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline.
3. design phase
We’ll connect you with our trusted design partners to develop detailed plans and renderings of your custom home. Our team will guide you through every step to ensure the design aligns with your lifestyle and budget.
4. approval &
agreement
After finalizing the design, we’ll visit our showrooms to select finishes and specifications. Your project then enters the bidding phase, where we establish a comprehensive budget. Once everything is set, we’ll sign a construction agreement outlining all project details and timelines.
5. permitting &
site preparation
We take care of all necessary permits and prepare the site for construction. This includes land clearing, utility setup, and laying the foundation.
6. construction begins
Our skilled craftsmen and project managers oversee the building process, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail at every stage.
7. ongoing communication
We provide consistent updates, with a minimum of weekly reports. You’re also welcome to visit the site to see the progress firsthand.
